The Society is returning to the Aston Martin Heritage Trust at Drayton St.Leonard, Wallingford, Oxfordshire OX10 7BG for its Spring Seminar. The Trust’s centre is a beautifully-restored, fifteenth-century, tithe barn with various cars, engines, and historic material on display. SAHB members have now received details and an application form. There will be a dinner on Saturday 20 March at the White Hart Hotel, Dorchester-on-Thames. Members’ guests are most welcome to join us on either or both occasions. Details at the end of this notice.

Directions to the AMHT centre:
From A4074, when approaching Drayton St. Leonard, just after the 30 mph sign, enter the first lane on the right marked “Drayton House Farm, Waterside House and AMOC”.
From M40, south on the A329, to Stadhampton, pass the filling station, turn left still on the A329. After 650 metres turn right at sign to Drayton St. Leonard. Enter the village, pass the pub and bear right at the war memorial. AMOC is situated in the last lane on the left marked “Drayton House Farm, Waterside House and AMOC”.

Dinner (or, for those staying overnight, dinner bed & breakfast) at the White Hart Hotel, 26 High Street, Dorchester-on-Thames, Wallingford, Oxon., OX10 7HN, tel 01865 340074, email whitehart@oxfordshire-hotels.co.uk. Meet in the bar, dinner at 7.30 pm. Dinner is a three-course meal including coffee (£20 for non-residents). You will be asked on arrival for your selection from a three-choice menu. Accommodation with dinner is £100 single, £130 double or twin. For attendance at the dinner only please book with Bryan Goodman in adequate time, £20 payable to the SAHB via Bryan Goodman. For those staying overnight, book direct with the hotel mentioning the SAHB.
